What is bonus?

Within the ExpertOption platform, bonus represents the possibility of increasing the investment funds amount exponentially to the initial sum. As an example, during the first login, the trader gets an hour-limited offer for additional deposit amount coming with the transaction. It allows to replenish the balance with three offered options, from $30 to $500, which requires some serious reconsiderations. It is up to the trader how such opportunity would be used, whether it would be possible to get the maximal benefit out of the offer.

How does bonus work?

During the top-up of the account, the deposit page should show the initial amount which will be charged from the selected payment method and additional percent added by the platform. The bigger the sum is, the more beneficial the final deal will be. When planning the deposits, the user should seriously consider all of the variants to decide on the most convenient one for the current financial state.

Can I withdraw a bonus?

The official platform policy prohibits using bonus as the funds for withdrawal, as they are issued by the platform specifically for in-platform use. For this reason, when the trader forms the withdrawal requests, there is a special note on the page bottom about actual sum available for transitioning. This rule is only applied to the money which were assigned by the ExpertOption directly, not including the processed profits out of them.

If I take a bonus can I withdraw money from the real balance?

In general, the withdrawals in such case are not prohibited as a feature, but instead they receive certain limitations. With them, only the actual funds and money received form beneficial deals get the approval for being transferred out. How much bonus can I receive with a deposit?

When requesting the deposit, the available bonus percent of funds will be added automatically to the sum, allowing to either see it from the option tab or calculator placed below for individual amounts selected. The top option enables the 50% increase, promising to add another $1,250 to selected $2,500, the medium sums add around 20-30%. If the trader decides to enter the sum which is different from the starter offers, then the system will calculate the bonus and final sum by itself.

Can I refuse a bonus?

Each user also gets the right to exclude the accounting of any bonus offered with the deposits. For this, it will be necessary to open the replenishment menu, look at the top right corner and remove the check mark from “Bonus” option. Such decision is usually made by traders who want to see the accurate investment and benefit to manage the funds more accurately.
